What might be your requirements for mini-workshop sessions that would be encourage your active participation in IW2022?

• Less than 2 hours long
• Includes small group breakouts (<5 people each breakout) to discuss and return with outcomes
• Has short mini-presentations during the session to keep interest
• Interactive and not a one-way presentation
• Requires more than one Working Group / area / team to be successful
• Should be focused on a key outcome or decision at the end of the session (advance a product, create something new, broaden knowledge, make an operational or strategic decision)

Hybrid session A Zoom link will be available.

In person only session Only available for in-person attendees. A Zoom link will NOT be available.

Closed Meeting Available by invitation only. Can be in-person or hybrid.

all the rooms in the U-shape, Classroom and Round tables will be equipped with electric plugs for participants.

For the theater setup there is no electricity for the participants just on the speaker table.

U-Shape A series of conference tables set in the shape of the letter U, with chairs around the outside.

Conference A rectangular or oval table set up with chairs around all sides and ends.

Theater Seats or chairs in rows facing a stage area, head table, or speaker (with no conference table)

Classroom Rows of conference tables with chairs facing the front of a room (and usually a speaker), providing writing space for each person.

Round Tables Round tables set up with chairs around all sides and ends.
